We engage in serious and scholarly exploration contemporary challenges, and aims to advance knowledge, inform or innovate practice, and improve responses to issues related to:

  • national security,
  • crime and control,
  • emergency management, and
  • justice studies.

Salus Journal is not committed to a particular theoretical paradigm, methodological approach, or epistemological stance. It welcomes diverse submissions and approaches underpinned by scholarly rigour within the journal’s scope.

Papers are subject to double-blind peer review.
